Harmonious Art Fair

(Saint Joseph, Michigan) We strolled the bluff Saturday at the Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff in search of an inspirational work of art to adorn our music corner, and we found it at booth 110 where Beth Erlund gladly sold us a framed print of a clarinet, complete with a red cardinal and the clarinet music for Summer Time by George Gershwin.  I had seen the print the previous year and knew as soon as I saw it this year that it deserved to occupy a place of honor over my music stand, and now it does.  And, yes, it truly inspired my practice Saturday night.  Thank you, Beth Erlund!  You will find her on-line at: erlundjohnsonstudios.com.

Perfect practice makes perfect, especially when you have a Beth Erlund print overseeing you.
