Wise Move

(Sawyer, Michigan) This Northern Saw-whet Owl appeared several years ago at Riverside Cemetery to tell us: “Be prepared.” We heeded its wise advice and bought a plot at Riverside yesterday, back by the woods where the owl was seen. We’re birders in this life, and hope to be in the next. Thanks, owl friend.
