The Birdman of Berrien

Berrien Birding Club President Kip Miller will lead a BBC trip to the Kankakee Sands area of northwest Indiana Saturday in search of species we rarely see in Michigan, including Bell’s Vireo, Blue Grosbeak, and Lark Sparrow. He is shown here leading a recent expedition at Galien River County Park in New
Buffalo. Kip is one of those who helped make this gem of a park possible.
