Postcards from Paw Paw

(Paw Paw, Michigan) We took a pleasant pause in Paw Paw Tuesday after a hard morning of birding the backroads of Van Buren County and so have the following postcards from Paw Paw to share with all of you. Enjoy!

You can’t have a postcard from Paw Paw without the landmark courthouse in at least one of them.

I know there’s quite a story behind this handsome building, but I don’t know it. I do know that I like to photograph it when I’m in Paw Paw.

Dixie (left) and Natalie enjoy some apres birding repast at Brewster’s. The photographer got ketchup all over his camera shooting this.
